2. Small businesses in the area will lose tourist trade
3. Green space, tall native trees and abundant wildlife are integral attractions of The Vines

1. The delicate balance of housing and amenities will be lost with higher population density
2. Many blocks in The Vines were sold at premium rates and promises were made by the developers
3. Decreased golf course access for members, local recreational players and international visitors

 

Infrastructure:

1. Traffic, road design and access problems
2. Schooling in the area is already at capacity
3. Impacts on water pressure and sewerage system
